Binning the Boundary Values

A logistics team records the transit time, in hours, of 16 shipments:

They group the data into four bins of width 5 using the standard convention: every bin is left-inclusive and right-exclusive, written $[\text{start},\ \text{end})$, except the final bin, which includes both of its endpoints so that the maximum value is counted.
