An address book was exported to CSV. Some cities were written with a comma inside them, like "Lima, Peru", and those lines don't split the way you'd hope.
Task: write broken_lines(path, text). It returns a list of line numbers whose number of pieces after .split(",") is different from the line of column names. Count lines from 1, so the column names are line 1. Return the numbers in increasing order, or [] if every line is fine.
The starter code includes a small helper, write_text, and already calls it for you: it saves text into a file named path. Your code then opens that file and reads it.
Every line ends with "\n" and there are no blank lines. Strip each line before splitting it. A line can come out with more pieces than the column names, or fewer.
