A tank is being filled and drained at the same time. For $t > 0$, the volume of water in it, in litres, $t$ minutes after the pumps start is modelled by

$V(t) = 4t^{3} - \frac{9}{t} + 6\sqrt{t}$

The plant engineer needs the instantaneous rate of change of the volume four minutes in.
